Before purchasing from our online shop, you declare that you are of legal age in your territory of residence. Otherwise, you must give us your consent to allow any representative of yours to use this website.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We have made every effort to display accurately the colours and images of our products that appear in the online shop. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
While we strive to provide you with our highest standards, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we will send you an email advising you that we are unable to fulfill your order or we will contact you.
SECTION 3 – Purchase Procedure.
In order to access the products offered by us, you must take the following steps on our online shop:
1. Pick your favourite print. Click on BUY NOW to check out or ADD TO THE CART to keep browsing prints to buy from the shop.
2. Fill the boxes with your personal information. Please provide an accurate shipping address, to help the courier find you easily.
*The total shipping fee will appear automatically depending on the delivery location and shipping option.
3. Select the payment method and place your order.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase.
5. Prints are rolled, carefully wrapped in tissue paper, and shipped in a cardboard rigid tube.
6. Within the next few hours, you will receive a second email to confirm your order has been dispatched to An Post system. There will be a tracking number, where you will be able to track your order at any time.
7. Your order is on the way!

SECTION 4 – Pricing and Payment.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
The prices on the website include VAT. Shipping fees will be added to the total amount due.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
You may pay using any secure payment method available on the website by the time of your order. All payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer.

Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed and failing this, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and not be able to proceed with your order.
SECTION 5 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by e‐mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 6 - Shipping and Returns.
To ensure delivery, we use An Post Registered Mail service to ship products. You can find more information about An Post Delivery Terms and Track & Trace Service here.
Shipping is calculated at the time of payment. All prints are mailed in tubes at no extra cost. If you have any problems receiving the print, please contact us and we will track the package online. There are no extra duties or taxes for shipping within the Republic of Ireland and Europe. For the UK and the rest of the world, parcels may be subject to customs and import charges.
From the time the order is placed, shipping may take up to 3 working days to arrive in the Republic of Ireland, up to 6 working days to the UK, up to 7 working days to Europe, and up to 15 working days for international shipping.
You will receive a unique tracking number by email, so you will be able to track your item's current location on the An Post website.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact gabrielajyc@gmail.com stating your name, your order number, the date of purchase, a brief explanation of the problem, and an attachment of a clear picture of the damage to the product. Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will proceed with the appropriate solution.
We are not responsible for mishandling or delivery failure by the delivery service.
All items are shipped within 24 hours after you placed your order through our website. Cancellations are not accepted on shipped items.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase, stating your name and date of purchase, to complete your return. Items must have been purchased through our website only.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and for the appropriate packaging to return the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be credited automatically. Refunds are made to the card holder from the purchased item only.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, as well as the compilation thereof, is the property of the author or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
