I had de opportunity to curate an exhibition at Hen's Teeth to showcase the work of talented women illustrators in Ireland, titled BLOOMING TOGETHER - Celebrating Women in Irish Illustration.

The exhibition was part of Irish Design Week 2023, organised by Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI).

The event brought together a collection of beautiful framed prints created especially for the exhibition under the theme "Blooming Together". Each piece reflected the unique voice and style of the artists, while celebrating creativity, growth, and connection.

It was the first time I organised an event like this, and while it was definitely challenging at times, it was incredibly rewarding and genuinely fun. The exhibition aimed to create potential opportunities for the illustrators involved by giving them a platform featuring their work, engage with the audience, and spark interest from people looking to collaborate or hire them for future projects.

Visitors could learn more about each of them and their work, meet them in person, and take home prints from the show.
