SHIPPING AND RETURNS

To ensure delivery, we use An Post Standard and Registered Mail service to ship products. You can find more information about An Post Delivery Terms and Track & Trace Service here.
Shipping is calculated at the time of payment. All prints are mailed in tubes at no extra cost. If you have any problems receiving the print, please contact us and we will track the package online. There are no extra duties or taxes for shipping within the Republic of Ireland and Europe. For the UK and the rest of the world, parcels may be subject to customs and import charges.
From the time the order is placed, shipping may take up to 3 working days to arrive in the Republic of Ireland, up to 6 working days to the UK, up to 10 working days to Europe, and up to 18 working days for international shipping.
If you select the option Registered Post, you will receive a unique tracking number by email, so you will be able to track your item's current location on the An Post website.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact gabrielajyc@gmail.com stating your name, your order number, the date of purchase, a brief explanation of the problem, and an attachment of a clear picture of the damage to the product. Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will proceed with the appropriate solution.
We are not responsible for mishandling or delivery failure by the delivery service.
All items are shipped within 24 hours after you placed your order through our website. Cancellations are not accepted on shipped items.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase, stating your name and date of purchase, to complete your return. Items must have been purchased through our website only.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and for the appropriate packaging to return the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be credited automatically. Refunds are made to the card holder from the purchased item only.
